The Lyris

First finished concept sheet, first of many to come. The Lyris are an exploratory species in my personal world-building project.
Length: 1-25 Feet, Tame by nature, Variety of colors, primarily autumn red. The Lyris are derived from a larger species of drake (species of dragon (4 legs, no wings) however, after the extinction of the drakes, the size of the Lyris has decreased extremely to adapt to more populated areas. The Lyris within their home and territory can grow through adaptations and evolution, creating a size range from 1 foot to around 25 feet long. At this length, they can be ridden by common folk; however, only the more evolved beings have taken advantage of their soft and tame nature. Along with this, the Lyris have been taken back to the homeland of Arell for safe domestication and training for long-time mounts for the people.
